About our Childcare:
Days: Monday and Wednesday
Time: 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Childcare offered to children 2 - 8 years of age.
1 hour maximum visit.
We understand the challenges parents face trying to stay fit while juggling schedules - that's why we're proud to be one of the few local gyms offering staffed childcare. Members and guests can access our childcare by paying a $3 fee per child, per visit. You can also purchase a pre-paid card of 10 visits for $25.
Our childcare staff have been trained on the EFC guidelines and necessary procedures put in place to help ensure its a safe and sanitary place for your children to play while you workout.
Three rooms are stocked with toys and games. Any diaper changing will be from the parent/guardian.

- Childcare workers will continually wash their hands with soap and water and use sanitizer while they are in the childcare room.
- Staff will throughly disinfect all surfaces and toys used in childcare room.
- Our Childcare Staff will communicate to parents the importance of keeping children home if they do not feel well.
